Before tanning.
Exfoliate the body before arriving for your tanning treatment. Pay
particular attention to drier areas such as knees, elbows, ankles
and the top of the feet.
Do not apply moisturiser as this will affect the final result.
It is recommended that you remove make up, deodorant,
perfume and jewellery.
Shaving and waxing should be done one day before, to allow the
pores to close.
It is advisable to protect the fingernails and toe nails by applying
nail polish.
We suggest a dark swim suit for women and dark shorts for men
during the tanning treatment.
The tanning solution will not colour hair. A shower cap can be used if
preferred.
After Tanning
Allow 3 to 4 minutes for the tan to dry before dressing. It is best to
wear dark loose fitting clothes between tanning and showering.
Goldrush will wash out of most fabrics but may stain some fabrics
such as nylon or polyester.
Maintaining your tan
Do not shower for at least 8 hours after the treatment. Showering the
next day is recommended.
Do not exercise or perspire excessively between the tanning
treatment and showering.
Avoid long hot baths, spas and long swimming sessions.
Moisturise daily
